Right on the water with its own beach and swim dock, overlooking the southern end of Oscawana Lake in Putnam County, our Lake House sleeps up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms, a guest room on the main floor and pull-out couches in the entertainment room on lake level. 

Paddle boards, canoes and the warm lake water make spending the day in and on the water fun for the whole family. Relax on Adirondack chairs and at the end of the day, enjoy gorgeous sunsets on the west-facing balcony off the open-space living room, dine on the screened-in porch and huddle around the stone fireplace.

The house is 40 minutes from White Plains, Cold Spring is a scenic 20 minute drive away. Putnam Valley Market & Catering is a 2-minute drive and local restaurants and shopping are within a 15-minuted drive.
