You enter the house through a comfy farm house kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, kitchen island and a table for six to enjoy your homemade breakfast or a delicious egg sandwich from the close-by Putnam Valley Market. From the kitchen you walk into the gorgeous, wood beam framed living space with a mid-century couch and leather chairs. Lounge at your heart’s desire and then step out to the large patio and take in the lake. There’s patio furniture for six and you won’t want to leave this spot anymore.

Make your way to the basement via the stairs from the living room and you enter the entertainment room. A pool table and a projector with surround sound system make for anything from cozy to exciting evening parties. If you decide to fall asleep with your movie, pull out the two couches and you have room for four.

The second floor has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and huge sliding glass doors overlooking the lake from the top balcony. Everyone fights over this room. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds and an office/ guest room with a single bed make sure that whoever doesn’t get the master bedroom still has a comfy, restful night. A well-sized bathroom with bath tub shower rounds out the top floor.
